After a traumatic incident, young medical student James Hayman (Namir Smallwood) transferred to a rural hospital to start a new beginning. Watching that James is trying and difficult to contact patients, Doctor Harrison (stage veteran and screen actor Michael Potsts) suggest that he benefit from a class -oriented bed -oriented way and facilitate deeper relationships with patients. The Demons of James’ past begin to catch up with him when he is consumed by a young asthma patient (Sidney Flanigan, never always always always) with mysterious symptoms. His grip reality begins to slip as his anxious nightmares, speculations promoted by anxiety and physical injuries face harsh reality of the medical world. Director Alex Thompson collects a strong veteran actors’ ensemble, observing Saint Frances-and Ghostlight’s predecessor-in the humanistic and unconventional vision of the genre.
